- Place bead of gel inside the tray from premolars to premolars; do not overload.
- You should use approximately 1/3 of a tube of bleach per tray.\
- Place trays in your mouth, and using a finger, wipe away any excess from gumline at the edges of the tray.
- Leave both upper and lower trays in for at least 2 hours; all night if possible.
- Remove and rinse teeth with your toothbrush and warm water.
- Rinse trays in warm water, and brush out bleaching material completely.
- Leave trays in water when not in use, and don’t leave trays within reach of dogs who are attracted to them.
- Leave unused tubes of Bleach cooled in the refrigerator in between uses.
- Expect your teeth to be cold sensitive after a night of bleaching. Depending upon sensitivity, you may skip one or two nights between beaching.
- In case of extreme sensitivity, we can substitute fluoride gel that we can provide you with. This gel would be used every other night.
- Bleach for 14 to 21 days, or until your desired result is achieved.
